Hey World,
The 2013 Disabled Western Regional Water Ski Championships were held this past Saturday at Shortline Lake. Many skier who were present are on the USA Team that will be competing at the Disabled World Championships in Milan, Italy in late August. I coached and drove the boat during the Friday Clinic where we taught some people how to ski for the first time and others were getting on the water for the first time this year.
If Regionals was a record tournament, there would have been 2 pending records. One National Record in the Arm amputee women tricks division and a World Record in the MP2 women slalom division. Pictured is current world record holder, Jessica Radmilovic, who ran a 3 buoy personal best, 5@23mph 15off on the full course, behind the Centurion Carbon Pro. She stepped up to the Carbon Pro Personal Best Challenge.
